What a great start to the year!

Year 2 have been very busy last week and have enjoyed listening to each others news about the summer holiday!

We look forward to seeing you on the 16/9/15 for our Presentation Evening. We hope that you will be able to join us to get a snapshot of the year to come.

We had great fun dressing up as our favourite characters from books! We love reading in Year 2!

As a group, we have been growing plants in the classroom. We have been measuring the plants every week. They are growing fast! We’re excited to find out which plant will be the tallest!

As part of Fairtrade Fortnight, we had the oppurtunity of visiting Sainsbury’s. We looked for Fairtrade goods and decorated Fairtrade cupcakes. They were very tasty!

An aerobics lesson will be held for Year 1 and 2 next Thursday (26/3/15). Please ensure that your child has their P.E. kit in school including trainers!
