Congratulations to Manon, Mabon and Dafydd. They represented Ysgol y Wern in the Urdd Cross Country Competition. Manon came 7th overall in Wales, Mabon 20th and Dafydd 18th! Well done!

Book Quiz

Congratulations to the Year 4 Book Quiz team who will represent the County in Aberystwyth.
Ysgol y Wern competed recently against other Welsh medium schools in Cardiff. We wish them every success when they travel to Aberystwyth to compete against schools from across Wales.

Congratulations to all the Year 4 pupils who helped us reach 13th position in the recent Sumdog Mathematics competition. Our top player was Isobel who came 34th out of 8000 pupils. Well done!
